When ordering the p242 I was a bit skeptical about the price and if the quality was going to be there or not. This by far out performs my swagger QD42 bipod. The rockstedi is also way more versatile. It’s light, super sturdy and the ball head is strong that I thought it would be! If you can afford this bipod you won’t regret it.
The p242 has everything a serious daytime coyote hunter needs. From laying prone to a steep side hill you can always be comfortable.

The P242 is awesome...it's range of function is impressive. It is well built and very light weight exactly what my hunting rig needed. The only draw back would be if you have a gun over 12 pounds this might be a bit to thin....but that thin weight reducing design is spot on for my hunting needs. I will be buying another!
I don't do gear reviews ever this is my first....if you hunt and cover ground and encounter a variety of terrain and vegetation buy this...you won't regret it!
I can tell there’s been so much time and energy involved into producing this product. After getting it installed I had my entire family freaking out because of how nice it looks. But it’s not just the looks, the wide angle stance capability and multiple angle bipod configurations is such a perk. My only flaw I’ve found is the exposed springs on the pic rail clamp mechanism. I haven’t had any issues yet but to ensure it’s safety I feel like a carrying sling bag or some sort of covered plating around the spring would be ideal. Especially while backpacking, any type of debris or dust getting in there would hinder the proficiency of installing while out on the hunt. Great product, can’t wait to see what other accessories y’all come out with in the future.
It was fairly easy to install and better than drilling holes in the stock.
Had this pic on in just a minute or two. I watched the video first and it was super simple. My biggest worry was that it wouldn’t be stable but it’s rock solid.
Very happy with the bipod. I like that is has many different adjustments making it easy for what ever terrain you are in!! Great customer service as well
y'all I'm telling you.this is the absolute best.it was super easy to install. grade A 100% exactly what I needed and im glad i went ROKSTEDi. hands down the VERY BEST in the business. y'all are going to take the lead in the market if you haven't already
Very pleased with this bipod. Extremely lightweight for hiking but still rock solid. Put 100 rounds through the 338 Norma Magnum with this bipod and there’s not a wiggle in it. Very simple to manipulate when hunting.
